MemberIn Acrobat>File>Properties>Fonts do you see any Type 1 (CID) Subset? I remember some printers having trouble when those are present. If you are using Arial, try it without ligatures and see if that helps.

Member@Dwayne: It’s an existing document
@Masood: Excellent Masood. The second option works great. Thank you.
Gustavo Martinez
MemberYou can try this other option as well: https://wordmark.it/

MemberYou’re right. It doesn’t work on CS6 Mac.
Gustavo Martinez
MemberWhat version of Indesign CS6 do you have. I’m testing on Windows 8.1 Indesign CS6 8.1
Gustavo Martinez
MemberJust tested on CS6 (Windows) and it works: 1) select the text, 2) put cursor on first font to test, 3) press down arrow on your keyboard.

MemberMake a copy of the epub and try this. Change img._idGenObjectAttribute-1 from height:100% to height:auto, and get rid of min-width:100% and width:100%. In my test, this gets rid of the distortion in Kindle but you have to check the effect on other readers. Let us know.
Gustavo Martinez
MemberAre you able to post a sample epub file so we can test it. You can use dropbox or similar and post the link here.

MemberI always create two files. One for print, one for ebook. Mainly because there’s some tweaking needed to prepare the file for ebook. My 2c.

MemberRight. I meant to say CreateSpace has facilities in South Carolina. Also I know they list offices in Brazil. I wonder if they communicate with you through that office. No worries with freezing in Florida :>)

MemberI have done several books with CreateSpace here in US. I don’t have a problem reaching someone on the phone. There’s a “Call me” feature in their “Contact us” section. It will be interesting to see if printing the book in US (as far as I know they have facilities in North Carolina) will make a difference in Tom’s case.

MemberI’ve used it when I want to print certain pages or page ranges. No problem at all.
