MemberChris,
I know that the more grep styles you use in a para style, the slower CC gets. Maybe you just reached the point of “end of memory” when editing the par style.Gert Verrept
MemberWhy not using templates? You make them once and use them over and over again. We have some 20 templates with styles, logo’s, sample text … ready to be used.
Illustrator, use it for creating complex vector graphics.Gert Verrept
MemberJust wondering. Did you try to create a new doc and add a sound? Can you play any sound? It could be the settings in the system which aren’t good (mute?)

MemberStrange, I just tested it and it works fine. Created a frame, added an mp3 file, made it a button and exported as a interactif pdf. Opens fine and plays the sound. Did you make it a button with an action on it?

MemberOS? I’m on windows 7, CC2015. Did you use “file –> export –> interactif pdf”?
For hiding, see this thread https://creativepro.com/hiding-sound-files-in-an-interactive-pdf.php
You cannot use distiller for a interactif pdf.Gert Verrept
MemberSorry, the \S should be a (= any white space).

MemberI think this should do the trick
(\d\d-\d\d)\S
change into

Membertry using it as a find and change query. You’ll have to check the layout again afterwards. I din’t find another solution, maybe somebody else has an idea? This problem started with CS6 an became even worse with the later versions. It sometimes takes more than 1 minute before CC respons to the cursor.

MemberDid you look for grep styles in the paragraphs? I had the same problem. The more Grep styles that are used, especially those which keep words or numbers together slow down CC_2014 and 2015.

Member@niels: indeed I got confused between “pseudo-italic” and rotation.

MemberAdd the word to the user dict and hyphenate it as it should be done.
