@page is only supported by Nook as far as I know (Safari and other browsers only support @page margins when printed, as per the CSS paged media spec). All other e-readers have built in margins you cannot override—adding margins to the html or body elements would add additional margin to what already is built-in. As such I would probably avoid doing so.
