Ok David, I see, I just wanted to talk about the TOC which belongs to the reader, not the TOC included in the book itself.
I thought it was possible the reader’s TOC could be styles too.
However in the book’s TOC some words (hyperlinks) were blue colored. As I couldn’t modify that using a dedicated caracters style in InDesign CC, my solution > Open the CSS folder of the epub file, add a CSS class and finished :)

Yes, I want to include the caracter styles when I make my TOC (not only a paragraphe style).
However, when I open the TOC panel (in Layout/Table of Content), I can only choose among my paragraph styles, not the caracter styles too.
What am I missing ?
