No, no, it’s all [None]. Character styles are only applied to local formatting (Preptext script works wonderfully for my books).
The tags are NOT visible in ID, just in the “raw” XML extracted from the idml file.
The problem is not that they are visible, I just wonder why are there so many of them.
If I write a text directly in ID, a tag is closed only when a different style begins.
The XML is extracted from the .idml file format.
When opened in Word, the text looks normal, I’m not good with word XML/tags though.
I imported it with the Place command.
