Anyway, we have found a much better solution – not just from the pricing point of view, but also quality-wise at http://www.kerntiff.co.uk.

Their Baker Export plugin (https://www.kerntiff.co.uk/products-4-indesign/baker-export) does everything we need – plus the customer support is really helpful and dedicated.
