Thanks for the information,
So it sounds like on Tuesday I was using CC2014, and now I am using CC. Any idea how this happened?
Is there any way to recover my document? Do I need to find someone who has CC 2014 and beg them to save it as “InDesign CS4 or later” format? I can’t seem to figure out how to install CC 2014 myself from the cloud application. I’m not sure how or why it reverted to 9.2.2.
I’ll need it in “InDesign CS4 or later” format soon anyway because my trial is about to expire and I have access to CS6.
Strange. The CC automatically updates doesn’t it? I went into the CC app and it says InDesign is up to date (at version 9.2.2) and therefor doesn’t allow me to update it. Did I revert somehow? Is there a way to force my client to update to version 10? It worked on Tuesday before I left work. I was home sick yesterday, and came in today to find that it was version 9.2.2 instead of 10.
I have a suspicion that it could be due to my having two InDesign versions installed at the same time (CS6 and CC). Bit if CC is stuck at 9.2.2, I’m not sure uninstalling CS6 would make any difference.
Ugh, I would hate to lose all this work.
