Hi David, Help. We have used custom basic settings for indd here at Storey Publishing for years.
We do lots of reprints, pickup old files, combine indd files, ebook conversion.
I read Anne-Marie article about not changing basic and now this.
We are thinking about switching to Indd default basic settings but I am nervous about how this might effect us moving forward.
I am almost sure we set our basic font to Times 12 on 12 for this document property font thing, we also changed a few other attributes, keep lines, hyphenation …
Any advice?
