@ Joel, thanks for your google effort – I also tried that and as you said it got a bit bizarre.The book is a coffee table type book (online album)… not really designed for printing. In the end, I did manage to change the page size with the page tool and liquid layout (after a few tries, I might add!). I had to create space inside that the text doesn’t flow into the gutter/ spine of the book.

@JA van Hespen, you are indeed correct – the settings are a hard cover that wraps around the edge and not the inside of the book. What a relief!
