Thanks!!!!!! It works now! Funny thing is I read this blog post before but somehow didn't get a grasp of it. Now that I understood the whole ideas behind it is actually quite straightforward.

Regarding the copy and paste thing, I read about it in a lot of web pages but they are about copying/importing directly from Excel, I just tried the same with Word, maybe that was the problem. Admittedly I was looking for a shortcut to deal with some not-very-important documents (but require quick turnaround).
