    Same problem here with CS3, Mac intel. When attempting to load a DTD into a document it fails with the following message “Unterminated DOCTYPE definition, line 1, column 164.” According to Text Wrangler there are only 39 columns in the line. Used TW to compare this document with another DTD that loads correctly, they are exactly the same. I cannot find any help on the net for this problem, nor any discussion of it on Adobe's website.
