MemberI'm still learning CS6 and this is one of my favorite features. I believe that you simply switch to the interactive workspace and click on the panel called 'sample buttons and forms'. You can drag them from the menu to your panel and edit them as needed.

MemberYes you sure can post your magazine to an iPad and the results are stunning. SImply create a new web document, create your cover, layout, widen the view, and create the subsequent InDesign documents to be contained within.
Pay attention to your folder structure and create interactive videos for a magazine that is more than just something to read.

MemberIt is pretty amazing what they added to the new CS. I'm actually excited for this one as it seems like so much more than the same program that I have to buy over and over. There are enough new features to make it an entirely new experience and some of them I can't imagine ever being without again.

MemberI'm not sure if it's the same as a lot of office editors, but control + f often has an option to replace all instances of a specific word or phrase. I am pretty new to Mac, but I know in PC this is option that works pretty well.
I know there's a way, but I may need to experiment a bit more in order to give you a finalized answer.

MemberHah! I suppose sacrificial calfs is one way to do it. I'm glad your problem got resolved. And also I suppose I didn't really have a grasp on what was 'old' haha. I assumed it was pre Lion. Correct me if I'm wrong but Lion is relatively new? It's my first Mac, perhaps I simply assumed too much.

MemberCS6 has a bunch of features not found in CS5.5, but yes you are still able to make master pages. That said, I would upgrade simply because of the ability to create vector art more easily. Just an example of what CS6 has to offer.

MemberI've also had this problem and I have a feeling that it's an element that I'm missing. I've tried reformatting the file a jillion times and it still seems to be out of date. I thought I covered each element and updated it as needed, but I'm still getting the same warning.
Help would be appreciated.

MemberI also have a mac and haven't had this problem, I recently bought it so I am running the Lion OS. Granted I haven't tried to use flash a whole lot, but I'm guessing that it's either the site itself or settings within the Lion OS.
Your old pro might use a different OS that is more compatible with the current version of Flash. I also hear that Adobe will no longer be financing the Flash program, so I would expect more problems like this to pop up.

MemberWith CS6 being so new, I'd imagine that it might take them awhile to be able to fully integrate all of the plugins upon instillation of the the new software. Aside from contacting them, I would suggest waiting it out.
Also is the plugin made by Adobe or an outside company? CS6 might not recognize some third party software or simply haven't created the methods in which to integrate them yet.

MemberI'm almost positive that there is no script and each link will have to be done manually. They might have changed this in CS6, but I have yet to subscribe so I can't say for sure.
