A regular index like at the end of a publication:
Example:
“Topic 1” is mentioned on page 43, 152, 202
“Topic 2” is mentioned on page 12, 83, 102.
etc.
I know how to do this manually, but for long scientific publications this is tedious and time consuming.
I’m thinking, someone has experience with a better/quicker way ;-)

That is problem — you do not get the same control over audio clips as with video.
I'd like to ad a buttun feature to make the audio start.

the e-mail address is set correct – I even double-checked after reading yuor answer.
The first couple of attempts with the PDF I used the “interactive” setting in CS5, but the “print” setting with include all interactive elements gives the same result.
