this fixed it. Thank you very much. The user complained that her fonts are now small and hard to see but I am ecstatic because it works. I told her to use the magnifier tool :) We upgraded to CS4 for really no reason as a result, since the same bug could of been fixed with our CS3 (but that is fine).

Other people must be having this issue. I cannot believe how long it took for me to find an answer to this. It is a really simple fix too.
