Hi Justin,

Thanks for your reply. I tried including a Document fonts folder, but no joy. Same problem.

I’m actually wondering if this is an InDesign legacy issue? The documents I’m using to copy stuff out of were created in… possibly CS3, then they would’ve been updated to CS5 and CS5.5, and I’m now running CS6. I came to this conclusion after doing the following the test.

In my source document I created a brand new paragraph style. It used my defaults, so AntennaCond Regular, and I changed nothing ? just saved it. I then typed some text, applied the style, copied the text, created a new CS6 document and pasted. Result: missing font.

So, I created another new CS6 document and set up another paragraph style like I’d just done in my source document. Again I did nothing special ? just created the style and saved it. I then typed some text, applied the style, copied the text, created a new CS6 document and pasted. Result: PERFECTO! No missing fonts.

So maybe the solution is to go back and create all new templates in CS6? Start from scratch. It’d be a pain, but if it worked, life would be very good. :)
