Hi,

I am from InDesign Quality Engineering team and look forward to help you.
Which version of InDesign are you using and are you exporting to EPUB from a book or a document? If possible, could you please share your packaged ID file (on dropbox may be?)if it is not confidential so that I can look into what is happening wrong during export.
