Hi Suzerp I’m new to indesign secrets.

Once you export your indesign file as an eps.

Open the file in Ill. highlite the item you want to change.

Go to the Layers pallette select the active item, drill down until you get to clipping path.

Make that layer(clipping path active. here is the kicker, shut the layer off below clipping path that is a raster image which is blocking your clipping path. Select the clipping path make changes.
