Thanks for your replies. I use CS4.

Yes, It is not possible in Indesign to set the Relative Link.

But Acrobat supports Relative link, even though it only shows the absolute path. I checked it in the various locations. So I use Indesign to make web hyperlink, so that text covered in hyperlink will be absolutely covered in Adobe Acrobat. Then I change the weblink to File link in Adobe Acrobat and delete the web link. Since I found difficult drawing link box around wanted hyperlink text in Adobe Acrobat as it draws proportionally. 

As while creating it shows Absolute Path in Adobe Acrobat, It fine working with various locations in various machines and working as relative links. 

The Advantage is I use relative link only in the current working directory and its sub folders. I have not tested in the Parent of Parent Directory or beyond that.

Conclusion:

Most of us think wrong about Acrobat behavior of showing Absolute Path, But it is first searching for relative link only…
