As I said, you should be copying and pasting the text to move it around. Threading text frames all over the place and moving pages around gets very messy.

How do I know that? Because I've been there, I've done the move pages around thing, and it's a complete nightmare. So copy and paste the text to where it needs to be and leave the frames threaded.

Of course you can try it the way you are looking to do – to run the script you just need to highlight the frame or the text and then double click the script.

But I'd duplicate the file first so you don't lose the original.
