Rebuilding the prefs has much minimized the window resizing issue on my Intuos 4 tablet with InDesign. It's still a little skittish, but easily manageable.

We're on the latest drivers and updated as soon as we saw a problem. I'm going to have the students rebuild prefs and see if it works for them too.
