David, I've been reading the above link, but I can't find information on how to backup a file. Can you help me with that?

(By the way, to clarify–I CAN open the Indesign File sent back to me from a CS4. I just can't work on it without it crashing, and I am unable to take the file and make it an IDML file without it stopping on a particular graph.)
