How about when you set a Bullet list you can select 3 or 4 different levels and choose what bullet character to appear.

Tabbing accross would be a way to trigger each level. Different para styles for bullet levels cause confusion because people forget to base it on a “master bullet”.

Having the bullets all encompassed under one style you could even adjust the spacing between each bullet and before and after all the bullets. A big request seen on many forums regularly!
