Thank you everyone for in input.

Tournier: script is alright if you just want the text to be in word, it does that pretty good.

was hoping to keep some of the layout but as I have no idea about word I am not sure that this is even possible. ie keep the lines of the form and the text in the right location.

Tim: Will look into Recosoft and see what its all about.
