have you tried contacting the author of the script, Martin Fischer? his contact is on the page linked from my first post (just above the name of the script).

i can't get the script to fault on my machine but i'm running a mac osx 10.6.8 with indesign cs5, whereas the pic looks like indesign cs4 is running under windows; but regardless martin says the script will run under cs4 and cs3.
