Doodle, I'd suggest adding additional question to the same forum thread instead of opening a different forum thread for every question. Also, you really need to watch through the whole InDesign Essential Training course on lynda.com, and perhaps get a copy of “Real World InDesign” (book). I'm really pleased that you're pushing through and learning a lot about InDesign, but we can't answer every question you might have.
