Reply To: Flush Space is unbalanced

Hi David, thanks for trying this for me. It’s nice to know that I wasn’t missing something simple.

I tried using the rule below and rule above trick to start with, but as the text and the rules sometimes appear over a picture it didn’t work, as the rule above, that knocks out the rule below, also knocks out the picture.

Anyway, the solution (workaround) to my problem is:

[Flush space][minus a few hundred units of kerning][en space}Some text[en space][Flush space]
with an Underscore applied to the two Flush Spaces.
