Well, it depends on a few things. Is it a Open Type font or Postscript?

If so, how did you set up the numbers? In your paragraph style (under open type features)? If so, change the drop down menu from old style to tabular.

Or did you set up character styles for it? In that case, you can also change it there?

Or did you use grep in your paragraph styles?

Or did you search and replace on the figures to make them old style?
