oh ok, glad I asked, I dont work with book files much. I found this Adobe support page, you’ve probably seen it but I thought I would pass it along, it does a much better job of walking through and explaining how to creating TOCs that I could ever do. Not sure if it will help or not, but I hope its in the right direction.
