Reply To: Deleting Page Error Message

Sorry for reviving an old thread. Found this thread while searching for the answer about strange tiny objects appearing and getting stuck in the centre of a spread. We have experienced this a few times in some of our catalogues and has cause alot of problems similar to what Thiago experienced.

After much fiddling around, we found out by deleting the strange 1 pixel frames (if you call it that way) ‘trapped’ in the centre, it resolves the error “Requested operation would cause one or more objects to be too small, Please check whether the stroke weight is too large” when adding or deleting pages.

To locate these objects, we go through each spreads and use select all with show frames activated. The offending object shows up as a dot selected in the centre of the spread.
