Gail, still using the old fashion copy and paste method in and InDesign doc.
However, I have seen a (very expensive) solution on one of the Magazine Publishing Portals that are used for Publication and fulfillment management – there was a system where the advertiser could upload to system and it logs ads into the dummy, fashioned through the system. Fancy, fancy =)
As I said, it’s expensive. AND you need to use their entire system to have access. Not a standalone module.
Honestly, white board and/or sticky notes are still the best way to go I think.
