Hi Shashik,

There are a number of software packages available for creating editable templates. One of the print vendors I work with uses a software called Pageflex, which can take an InDesign file and convert it to a proprietary format that allows users to enter text and images via a web form. What you are seeing on VistaPrint’s website is custom software.

There is a website called Canva [www.canva.com] which has a paid version available [“Canva for Work”] that allows similar functionality, if you need to partially lock down your designs for use within a single company.
