You’re saying that the “Allow Document Pages to Shuffle” setting keep getting turned on? That is weird. Does it happen with all documents (even new ones)?

The “allow doc pages to shuffle” should stay off when you turn it off. The allow spread pages to shuffle WILL turn on again after you make a new spread because, well, it’s a new spread. That setting only affects one spread at a time.
