Reply To: "out of memory" error

I’ve been trying wrap up a huge illustration/design job for ages, and just as it was coming into the home stretch I made the mistake of installing El Capitan. Now InDesign routinely screws up and stops with an out of memory error message. Everything is taking three times as long. This NEVER happened with Maverick, and only very rarely (and with good reason) with any previous osx version. Apple seems to have royally f***ed uo. Actually everything takes six times longer because I keep looking around the net for suggested solutions.
