I just used an img src tag to include the image here, for easier viewing.

This is not easy in InDesign because it won’t let you create rounded corners in table cells. Does it have to be a single table? One possibility is to have a table with the numbers in it and a second table (or just group of objects) with those shapes sitting above the table.

Another option might be to use a special font for those columns… a font that would include the rounded rectangle around the numbers. Or using paragraph rules:
