2 : for the moment i see one situation. it’s if i need to tag a pdf (for accessibility and flash solutions). If the pdf is made in table on indesign, it will be very complicated (or impossible) to have a solid taged document (and it will be very long to tagit, because i must remove the tables).

and maybe there are other situations :)
