Looking into the Adobe CC Preferences documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/change-installed-language.html) what I understood is that this menu (shown in your screenshot) lets you choose a different User Interface language for newly installed applications. That is not really what I’m looking for, I want to keep working with the original English (North American) interface but using Portuguese as a default language for writing, importing and spell checking.
