Bingo! According to my Linotype Font Explorer, my Monotype Corsiva is Version 2.35 dating from 1991-1995, and doesn’t contain much more than W European characters, as you might expect from a font from before the widespread use of Unicode and fonts with broad repertoires.
Try Apple Chancery if you’ve got it? That’s similar, with 96 characters in “Latin Extended A” , including your r-hacek.
