Wow. I just started searching for info on how to set this up, and so far I’ve struck out. I remember seeing something many moons ago (perhaps when the OP posted this), but now I’m stuck.

If someone could point me to the Kindle documentation on how to set up “actual page numbers”, I’d be much obliged.
