That’s a terrific list, though I don’t agree with all of them. (For example, why must images be 300 ppi or higher? Resolution depends on output specs, and 225 is often just fine for many print jobs. And how does deleting unused swatches help?)

The preflight feature (discussed in indesign mag 61) is very useful to check some of these.
