Reply To: InDesign 2025 Not Automatically Updating Links

You didn’t mention this, so forgive me for suggesting the obvious thing — but if it’s a large file (Photoshop with lots of layers, for example), you have to wait until it’s completely done saving before switching over to InDesign to see it updated there … and yes, there sometimes seems to be an “impatience” on the part of InDesign for not wanting to cooperate with updating links retroactively (for lack of a different way of putting it); I’ve been dealing with this for years. My two cents, but I’m no InDesign guru.
