Ah… just to confirm: are you talking about footnotes or endnotes. Or do the InDesign documents have footnotes and you want them to turn into end notes? If so, you may want to run one of the scripts that Peter K has created here: https://creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesign/footnotes.html
