Whilst it is always nice to see a recommendation for CircularFLO, thanks George ;) I would necessarily advise a move away from reflowable to fixed layout.

Having said that, there is a lot wrong with InDesign EPUB exports and CircularFLO is fixing them in a major update this Spring which improves reflowable as well as fixed layout ebooks.
