Yes, that would kind of work but:
– the “first on page” is picked up from the first occurrence of the specified Paragraph Style. We need it to pick up the “current” Paragraph Style
– I don’t know of a way to insert a separation character (eg a dash) between the two headings

These things could be accomplished quite easily with Power Headers.

The “first on page” Paragraph Style (or Character Style) could be jerry-rigged by hiding the Paragraph style in teeny weeny invisible text within each listing. Not a great solution, but it would work. But what about the separation character?
