Reply To: Problem with text formatted with paragraph styles

Hi Donna, sorry your earlier post disappeared. I believe I answered that one in the General Forum and then noticed that it was a duplicate of one here, so I removed it.

There are many reasons why text could come in like that. Might have a character style applied to it, for example. More likely, though, the text had local formatting applied in Word. Here are a couple of articles you can read:
