If you have an InDesign document with a lot of pasted in images. Export the INDD to PDF (PDF 1.4 or greater to avoid slicing). Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro and Export All Images. I usually choose the TIFF option to avoid lossy compression. You may also want to rename the image files after, but it’s a somewhat automated solution for when you have a lot of pasted in images.
