Current Job Opportunities
We are currently looking to fill the following position:
Marketing Coordinator
The candidate for this position will manage social media channels and sending e-newsletters, with input from and reporting to our Director of Marketing.
We’re looking for someone who can design high quality, creative and professional social media deliverables; complete projects on schedule; is adaptable and calm in high-stress, tight deadline situations and patient in the face of changing priorities; and has an understanding of the world of creative professionals, the tools they use and the subjects that are important to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Create and maintain weekly content calendars across each of our channels and platforms.
- Schedule posts supporting each product that we release, including but not limited to:
- New articles from CreativePro.com
- New events that are announced
- New books that are published
- Develop creative, engaging content for non-article, in-house initiatives such as events, books, courses, sponsored posts, and membership
- Maintain static social media elements such as pinned posts, bios, and cover imagery
- Monitor social interaction such as comments, replies, shares/retweets, tags/mentions, direct messages, etc and reply with company messaging.
- Assist with administering and monitoring community groups on Facebook and LinkedIn
- E-Blasts
- Assemble, test, and send CreativePro newsletters from article content provided in MailChimp and Keap (InfusionSoft).
- Asset Management
- Maintain static content and in-house ads on websites
- Ensure thumbnails are correctly placed on each webpage
- Help to maintain our various assets in Dropbox, Google Drive, etc
It’d be great if:
- You have experience posting on social media.
- You stay up-to-date with the best practices for organically posting on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Bonus points for Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, and YouTube
- You have experience using Facebook Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager, and Tweetdeck
- You have basic familiarity with the terminology within Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- You can assemble basic imagery as needed
- You have any experience assembling e-blasts, using MailChimp and Keap (InfusionSoft)
