Kayleen Holt is a learning experience design consultant and the founder of Scissortail Creative Services, which helps purpose-driven organizations achieve their goals through custom learning experiences that make a difference. Kayleen has been designing learning experiences for more than 25 years and shares her expertise in instructional design, writing, inclusion, and accessibility through her blog, Scissortail’s Learning Nest.
As a late-identified autistic woman with other types of neurodivergence and hidden disabilities, as well as a proud LGBTQ+ mama bear, Kayleen is a passionate ambassador for inclusion. She is the author of the Inclusive Learning Pledge, which you can read and sign at inclusiveLXD.com.
