Create Print Magazines and Brochures with Blurb
Blurb, the self-publishing platform for print on demand books and ebooks, has updated their InDesign plug-in to allow users to create and order professionally-printed magazines and brochures.
Magazines can be from 20 to 240 pages in length, and are printed on Blurb’s HP Indigo presses, and perfect bound. They can also be sold in Blurb’s online store, and converted to ebooks for iPad with audio and video content. Magazine pricing starts at $10.95 per copy, with volume discounts for orders of seven copies or more.

Brochures can be from 4 to 48 pages in length and have stapled saddle-stitch bindings to lie flat. They’re printed on the same HP Indigo presses as the magazines, and come with a choice of finishing and cover options. Brochure pricing starts at $6.95 per copy, with volume discounts similar to those offered for magazine orders.

Both magazines and brochures are printed at 8.5 x 11 inches and come with week delivery service.
