Adobe's Open Ears
According to co-founder Erik Frick, the “Dear Adobe” Web site is not run by Adobe. Instead, Erik and Adam Meisel (both Web designers) created the site as a place where anyone could vent about the software so many of us use.
Despite its independent status, “the site hadn’t been up for 48 hours when staff from Adobe first contacted us,” says Erik, “and the response has been very positive.”
