Well that might work but you need to create a paragraph style for every level, so number up to 150 you need 150 Paragraph styles and you need to manage them manually.

Set this as Level 1
Mode Continue from Previous Number

Bullet 2nd Level
Set this as Level 2
Mode Continue from Previous Number
^1.^2.^t

Below is the result with notes on where to reset the numbering, each time you reset the numbering to start at 2. All bullet/numbers are link and live so make a change somewhere and they will flow through.
